Thank you for reviewing papers for the 2022 Utah Winter Finance Conference. The success of the UWFC depends on your help with rating and commenting on the papers. This year we received nearly 360 papers. The selection process is not going to be easy as there are a large number of very high quality papers. Many of the papers have been submitted under the dual submission process with the RAPS and the RCFS. So in addition to your recommendation regarding the acceptance of a paper to the 31st Annual UWFC program, your brief review and a few pertinent sentences of comment will greatly help Jeffrey Pontiff and Andrew Ellul who may pursue the paper for additional review for their journals. Please realize that while we tried to match papers to your expertise some are likely to fall outside your area of primary interest (perhaps a few more this year). Each paper will be reviewed by at least two individuals on our committee. After you login, you will see a list of papers that you have been assigned. You can click on the title to read the document. After you have read the document you can click on the "Review" option next to the document and complete the review. We request you do the following three tasks. After reading all the papers, please rank the papers from best to worst (1 through 10), Please rate the paper on a scale of 1 to 5 with the following interpretation: RatingMeaning 1Excellent paper -- should be included in the program (use the criteria that you would enjoy seeing the paper presented) 2Very good paper -- could be included in the program 3Average paper -- include if needed for topic area 4Fair paper -- not recommended for the program 5Definitely do not include on program! In addition, please include a brief comment about the paper (perhaps a couple of sentences or a short paragraph) that will help us choose the best papers. In sum, please (1) rank the paper, (2) rate the papers using the scale above, and (3) write a brief comment about each paper and its potential contribution to our limited program of ten papers.
